I make things better. My leaving gift from the National Disability Insurance Agency sums me up best a Little Miss book titled “Queen of Hearts”.

I want to continue to make things better but in smaller bites, sharing my experience with organisations that have the desire and capacity to improve the human experience.

I am a financial markets expert. I have exceptional data analytic skills. I have a deep understanding of the Disability market and its economic potential in Australia. I am a champion of inclusion and accessibility and lead by example.

I have deep management experience across the entity quadrille. Large Publicly Listed, Government both State and Federal, Private Equity and Not for Profit.

I’m human and known as a collector, welcomed back in the places that I have worked.

My approach is transparently simple.

• Understand the organisational operating rhythm, key processes and governance and culture needed to maintain continuity of execution

• Define and source the resources needed to deliver the initiative

• Focus on what can be done not what cannot
